Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time:

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days depending on the shipping method selected and destination.

Order Tracking:

Customers will receive a tracking number via email once their order has shipped.

Shipping Delays:

ALYRE is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Incorrect Addresses:

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. ALYRE is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the package and product.
